Background: The Western Great Dane Club of BC was incorporated as a Non-Profit
Society in 1968.
We have monthly meeting, on the last Friday of each month with the
exception of July, August and December.
We present "Show Handling", "Obedience" Classes and "Puppy Kindergarten" classes for two 10 week
periods each year. They begin in September and January of each year.
We have a "Great Dane Fun Day" each year in February on the Cloverdale Fair Grounds.
Our Club has an annual "Specialty Show" for Great Danes only, each
year in July. This past July we held our 28th Annual Specialty Show.
We have an Obedience Trial, Puppy Sweepstakes and Conformation
Classes. Our Club holds "Tracking Trials" for all breed of dogs each
year in November.
